Yuliya Morozova is an Ukrainian lawyer admitted to bar in Kiev. She has vast experience as a general counsel and as a member of corporate bodies of Polish and Ukrainian companies within the renewables as well as steel and oil & gas industries. Yuliya’s legal expertise covers corporate law (including extensive M&A practice), debt restructuring, environmental law, corporate governance, commercial contracts, international litigation and arbitration. During her professional career Yuliya developed strong skills in negotiations and management consulting.
Yuliya is fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
